In a small working class town near New York, life for self-confessed "mediocre student and OK-athlete" Joe is very much a matter of survival for a future which holds little hope. Author description

David Klass lives in New York, where he mixes writing young adult fiction with writing screenplays for Hollywood action movies. His first book published in the UK, You Don't Know Me, received huge acclaim. This is his follow-up.
