Description

The standard approach of the "New Zealand Pathfinder Series" is to present the key concepts, core information and basic skills at specific subject levels and to provide a range of assessment exercises and activities to ensure that students can recall, but also, more importantly, apply and understand the content and concepts which have been presented. This title covers the entire Bursary/Year 13 Physics curriculum and provides a course which can be used in either the classroom or for independent study. It provides a focus for a full year's course around which other work can be arranged, or it can be used for assessment and revision. This Year 13 Physics text follows the standard approach of Pathfinder books: key concepts, core information and basic skills followed immediately by a range of assessment work designed to test not only recall of the information presented, but also understanding and application of that information. The information is presented in a logical sequence, but each unit is complete in itself so the units need not be taken in the order in which they have been printed.Therefore, if a school's course is following a different format, the units can be used in a different sequence.
