New Zealanders love the beach, that special place associated with summer holidays and having fun, learning to swim and messing around at the water's edge. The iconic location of good times and happy memories, 'going to the beach' is deeply enshrined in the Kiwi way of life. It is the place where families and friends gather for informal occasions and everyone has permission to unwind.
