Jonathan Emmett has had many works published. As well as being a writer, he's also a highly skilled paper engineer. Jonathan lives in Nottingham with his wife, Rachel, and his two children, Max and Laura. Thomas Taylor has illustrated numerous fiction titles, including the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone jacket. He has more recently started illustrating picture books. His first book for Gullane was The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Thomas lives in France.
