Brian Jacques is a powerful storyteller, known best as the creator of the huge-selling Redwall series. He was brought up near the Liverpool docks. His life to date has been adventure-packed - he's been a sailor, truck driver, longshoreman, comedian, folk singer and radio host. He continues to travel widely but still has his home in Liverpool.
